We have ​account on ​transifex project.
Also, ​list of translations avaible.

Yes, you're right. I've created new ticket for this issue: #1575.

(In #1556) I18N: I suppose this belongs here... After updating to git with this improvements in search dialog, the "Enter search string:" label is not translated. The string is in my es.po and it's the same for F7/search and F4/replace. I also notice something weird about horizontal placement. I have uploaded my latest es.po with the "Find All" label in #1370.

Guys, need to mass translate mc. We have 1 month before release. In this month all i18n stuff will frozen for changes (just bugfixing), therefore feel free to translate.

Is someone have contacts to any i18n-teams?

Debian/Redhat/Gentoo/Suse?/etc maintainers: if you have i18n teams in your community - please, help to us...

P.S. before pre-4 we may change i18n stuff... project will frozen AFTER release out mc-4.7.0-pre4, this is preventive message :)

I think there is a reason to use gettext context more massively. Something like "MenuItem?|&Quit" for menu. But after 4.7.0 release, of course.

They are useless. I didn't know they are used for statistics. Lets make czech translation really 100% :-)

I updated German translation from mc 4.6 to 4.7 but as a newcommer I have no idea how to commit the po file to the trac system. So I commited it to the relevant ​Debian Bug and you might be able to download the ​de.po file from there.

Hi Slava.
I've created account on Transifex and uploaded the translations to master branch. Great :-)
But - what is the 4.7.0-stable branch? On what branch should we translate - master, stable or both? Is master propagated to stable or stable to master or neither?

Please, see ​http://www.midnight-commander.org/wiki/ReleaseWorkflow for more info... and provide to us proposals for better English, if something isn't clear :)

'*-stable' will contain just bugfixing. This mean, no any L10n-related changes (in ideal case).
But now stable branch have lot of incomplete translations.
If you want, you may translate '*-stable' branch in parallel - this branch will better choise for LTS-distros...

For future translators: use ​Transifex project. We registered as ​mc project.
